ingredients

4 apples
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups sugar
5 teaspoons sugar
3 cups flour
1 cup oil
¹⁄₂ cup orange juice
4 eggs
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 ¹⁄₂ teaspoons vanilla

directions

Slice 4 apples
mix with 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 5 teaspoons sugar.
Batter-.
Mix the remaining ingredients.
in a greased tube pan alternate batter with apples.
Beginning and ending with batter.
350, for 1 hr and 15 minutes.
