  • In a plastic shallow pan (with a lid) combine brown sugar, sugar, water, soy sauce& ketchup.
  • Mix well.
  • Sprinkle tenderloin with garlic powder& onion powder.
  • Cut Tenderloin in half.
  • Place in pan.
  • Coat meat with sauce.
  • Cover& refrigerate over night, mixing frequently.
  • Pre-heat grill.
  • Place meat on grill, basting& turning ocasionally,.
  • Cook 30-40 minutes or until meat thermometer is 160 degrees.
  • Remove from grill.
  • Let rest 5 minutes.
  • Slice thin.
