- 1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- 1⁄8 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄8 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
directions
- In a plastic shallow pan (with a lid) combine brown sugar, sugar, water, soy sauce& ketchup.
- Mix well.
- Sprinkle tenderloin with garlic powder& onion powder.
- Cut Tenderloin in half.
- Place in pan.
- Coat meat with sauce.
- Cover& refrigerate over night, mixing frequently.
- Pre-heat grill.
- Place meat on grill, basting& turning ocasionally,.
- Cook 30-40 minutes or until meat thermometer is 160 degrees.
- Remove from grill.
- Let rest 5 minutes.
- Slice thin.
