- 1 1⁄2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 3⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 chile, chopped
- 1⁄2 small onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup Good Seasons Italian dressing
- 1⁄8 cup canola oil
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
directions
- Wash chicken with cold water.
- Mix remaining ingredients.
- Combine with chicken and marinate for 6-8 hours.
- Broil chicken for 15 minutes, turning pieces over half-way through cooking time.
