From my DS. Mexican food appears on our menu at least once a week!
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) cancampbell tomato soup
- 1 cup picante sauce
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups crumbled tortilla chips
- Brown and drain meat.
- Mix all ingredients except cheese together.
- Put in greased glass dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees and after removing from oven sprinkle cheese on top.
