This is so quick and easy and great for summer. I usually double recipe and save the extra in the fridge.

  1. Mix all ingredients and allow to set for a few minutes so sugar can dissolve.
  2. Be sure to mix or shake before serving over salad or favorite steamed veggies.

Quick, easy, and fabulous! We served it over red romaine, diced bell peppers, onions, and feta. Thanks for sharing!

This is a delicious dressing! I just love it. It reminds me of my favorite sweet and sour dressing at a local restaurant. Now I can make it at home. It is just wonderful with ingredients I always have at home so I can make it any time. I made this twice, using olive oil at one time. It doesn't look as pretty with the olive oil, but it's probably better for you. A definite keeper. Made this for Recipe Swap #14.

This was delicious and easy. Made with apple cider vinegar as that was all I had on had. Subbed Splenda for the sugar added about 1/2t. of salt and sprinkle of oregano and garlic powder and made a lovely salad dressing. Thanks for the great recipe.
