I really like the sweet/tart taste of this marinade.
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 1⁄3 cup red wine vinegar
- 4 pork chops
- Combine mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, and salt. Stir in vinegar. Pour into a large plastic bag or shallow glass dish.
- Add pork, cover/seal. Marinate overnight.
- Drain and discard marinade. Grill chops.
Totally Delicious!!! The sweet mustard marinade really dressed up our pork chops. Even though the recipe states to grill the chops, I didn't want to wait until the weather was more conducive to grilling. So I broiled our chops, and it was absolutely delicious. I cannot wait until summer when we can do these right and grill them. Thanks, Kathy!
