Breaded Mustard Pork Chops

Ready In:




  • Heat oven to 400.
  • Spray backing dish with Pam.
  • In small bowl, beat egg white until frothy, stir in mustard until well mixed.
  • In shallow dish combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder and sage.
  • Dip pork chops into egg white mixture, coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place in baking dish, spray with Pam.
  • Cook 20-25 minutes or until pork is no longer pink.

    Audrey, this was a very easy and quick dish to prepare. The results were wonderful. I especially liked the sage and garlic powder which gave the chops a great savory flavor. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I will definately be using this recipe again. Thanks for sharing.

    This was really good! I almost made it with the whole egg rather than the white, but stuck with the recipe, and glad I did. I did find that I needed more bread crumb mixture, but that's alright. I won't hold it against the recipe cause I'm not good at knocking off the extra without knocking it all off so I usually use more breading. I baked this on a rack in the oven and it was crisp and tasty. Nothing was too strong, flavor-wise. Even my picky 5 year old ate seconds, so I'll be making this again. Thanks for a great weeknight meal idea!

I still continue to cook in the crock pot for my husband and I. It is nice after a long day to know your meal is ready. It also helps in keeping my grocery bill down. With zaar, I can print my shopping list and that is all I purchase is the ingredients on that list. <br> <br>Now, my two daughters have been crock pot cooking while in college. They find it is easy to cook for the themselves and their friends. It is an easy way to have friends over for dinner after classes <br> <br>I still love trying new recipes and purchasing cookbooks, especially crock pot cookbooks. <br> <br>Happy Cooking!
