One of our favorites, with lots of flavor and a little bit of a kick. I also like to saute chunks of green peppers, onions and pineapple for some variety.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine oil, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, allspice, and pepper in a shallow baking dish; mix well.
  3. Pierce both sides of chicken breasts with a fork.
  4. Place in baking dish, turn to coat several times.
  5. Bake chicken 30 minutes basting several times.
  6. Serve on rice with sauce on top.
