• 3 eggs
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 4 tablespoons flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon melted butter
• 1⁄4 cup sugar

directions

1. Mix all ingredients.

This recipe is too heavy on the sugar and eggs. I would use at the most 1 tbsp. sugar and only 1 egg for only one serving. Instructions a not very thorough either. If you want to post a recipe, at least put some effort into it and list it properly.

I found this recipe to be excellent!! The eggs are fine, and I found this recipe just like remember swedish pancakes tasted like. The recipe is very easy to make, and I guess I make pancakes often enough I don't really need a directions.
