Super Easy Tortilla Soup

"I prefer Shipman's Tortilla Soup II, but my wife loves this one, and it is very easy to make! She got it from a friend after a party, and it is great for entertaining."

• Ingredients: 10
• Serves: 10-12

ingredients

• 2 (16 ounce) cans cream-style corn
• 2 (10 ounce) cans rotel, diced
• 2 (16 ounce) cans chicken broth
• 4 chicken breasts, boiled and diced
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1⁄2 bunch cilantro, chopped fine
• 2 knorr tomato bouillon with chicken flavor cube
• 1 (16 ounce) can black beans
• salt and pepper
• salted tortilla chips

directions

1. Put all ingredients together and simmer 20 minutes.
2. Top with tortilla chips, sour cream, grated cheese, avocado, etc.
