Super Easy Chicken Casserole With Stuffing

  • Place each piece of chicken in casserole.
  • Lay a piece of cheese on top of each piece (the cheese is better if it is sliced cheese because it melts nicer).
  • Cover the chicken with soup.
  • Add your favorite spices to soup.
  • Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
  • Place stuffing on top of casserole.
  • Bake uncovered at 325°F for 1 hour.

  5. Excellent! Fast and easy, a perfect weeknight meal. DH and DS both commented that they thought this was delicious without me asking. I used whole wheat stuffing mix and added about 1/2 can of milk and the garlic to the soup before pouring over chicken. *Made for Fall PAC 2008*

  1. Good recipe. Tried it last night with a chicken breast for me and two boneless skinless chicken thighs for DH and all was well. Very tasty. I seasoned the chicken with roast chicken seasoning and pepper and used cheddar cheese instead. Thanks!
