ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1⁄3 cup oleo
• 1 (18 1/2 ounce) package lemon cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
• 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
• confectioners' sugar

directions

1. Mix egg, oleo, and cake mix until crumbly. Press in ungreased 9x9-inch pan; bake at 350* for 15 minutes.
2. Beat remaining ingredients; pour over hot crust. Bake 15 minutes or until light brown. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
