this was great over the holidays. i took it to all the parties we attended to balance out all the high fat dishes! I served with a variety of very colorful veggies and it looked very pretty. cukes, baby carrots, celery, green,red,yellow peppers.
- 3 tablespoons drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
- 2 tablespoons low-fat buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) package goat cheese
