  1. I made these for my family last night and they were a BIG hit. We forgot to use the secret sauce, but they were awesome with the usual ketchup, mustard, lettuce, pickle and tomato.

  2. Very good burger. The seasonings are not too spicy and next time I might add a bit more--but that may be because I didn't have pepper jack cheese and just used cheddar. I omitted olives and added extra onion. Thanks for sharing.

  3. I have made something like this in the past, don't think I will put the olives in it next time they seem to burn a bit if they are on the outside, but it is a make again recipe for sure....

  4. I found this recipe difficult to review. The burgers were excellent and rated a 5 star. I did not care much for the Tex Mex Secret sauce. Thus the 4 stars. The burgers with the pepper jack cheese inside were great. I had never had guacamole before and was leary after tasting it, but it definitely complimented the burger. I felt the Tex Mex Secret sauce was over powering with cilantro. The next time I make it I will reduce the cilantro to perhaps 1 tsp. Some of my family don't like anything spicy. I substituded swiss cheese for the pepper jack on theirs and they loved them.

  5. We really liked the flavor of these burgers. We made them twice in a week which is really unusual since we normally only eat hamburgers once in a while. We cooked them outside on the grill and they turned out yummy!
