A favourite, really nice for afternoon coffee or tea, or after dinner dessert.

I would LOVE for something to be "missing" from the write-up of this recipe. Specifically, the streusel.....is it complete? Is it correct? The cake batter was oh-so-nice (I used an organic orange and added a few drops of orange oil to the batter) but the topping was extremely gooey and, even though I had doubts about the correctness of the ingredients list, I forged ahead anyway. The topping all sunk to the bottom! As it cooled, I figured I'd just be prying out the hardened goop with each "piece" I wanted to extract! The taste is good.....but I'll be trying a totally different topping next time! I really wanted this to be good since preparation was so easy..... I'll check back to see if anything changes!
