Strawberry Spinach Salad

A friends recipe. Very delicious.

  1. Roast almonds at 350 for 5 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Heat seeds in ungreased skillet over medium heat until slightly brown.
  4. Combine other ingredients in jar or shaker, then shake.
  5. Pour dressing over spinach and toss to coat.
  6. Add strawberries, almonds, and toss lightly.

I toasted the almonds in a pan on the stove. So to good and refreshing! A wonderful spring salad!
