  1. These are the best! Sweet, savoury, sticky, finger-lickin' good and easy to prepare. I didn't have any apricot jam, so I substituted with plum jam, with awesome results.

  2. These are a great way to have ribs without the bbq and all the work is in the oven! I doubled this recipe and found it was alittle too saucey for awhile so I took some juice out and used it to baste with when it was need , every 1/2 hour or so. Baked it about 2 hours total, as I had alot of ribs... and they turned out really good. The flavor of the sauce is great and the smell while cooking went outside and convinced my son that he would be home for dinner!!!! Truly enjoyed the tenderness as well. What more could you ask for!

  4. DS gave this a 5-star thumbs up on the second bite and said, "We have to make this again!" DH and I also liked it and we will be making it again. It was a very easy recipe to fix also - which I love.

  5. Simply delicious! I followed the recipe to a "T". I did, however, alter the cooking instructions. Baked them at 350 covered for 1 hour, then turned the oven to 300 and baked for another hour. Our guests enjoyed them as much as we did and asked for the recipe. Thanks for posting!
