- 1⁄4 lb fresh corn, raw sirloin or
- 1⁄4 lb beef tenderloin, cubed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon capers
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 piece onion (1-inch piece)
directions
- Place the meat in a blender or food processor and process until meat is finely chopped.
- Add remaining ingredients and repeat processing.
- Form into ball.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Serve with cocktail rye bread.
