Spoon Rolls

2 dozen rolls

ingredients
- 473.18 ml warm water (110 degree F)
- 1 package dry yeast
- 59.14 ml sugar
- 177.44 ml melted margarine
- 1 egg, beaten
- 946.36 ml self rising flour
directions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water (using wood or plastic spoon and plastic or glass bowl) Add remaining ingredients as listed.
- Grease muffin pan, or spray with pam.
- Fill each muffin space 1/2 full.
- Bake on 425 F.
- about 20 minutes.
- Mixture will be soupy and will not need to rise.
- If you don't want to bake all of these at the same time, the dough may be kept in the refrigerator for several days.

These were great rolls to have with dinner. I made 12 and then have put the rest of the dough in the refrigerator for another meal this week. Next time I make them, I would probably add a little salt for additional flavor. My batter wasn't soupy, so I don't know if I did something wrong. It was a very moist elastic, and easily spoonable, but not runny.
