Another good one from the SPLENDA® site. If you don't like non-fat cream cheese they suggest, you can always use the low fat as I have done.

Made for Bargain Basement tag, this is SOOO good. I thought I would have to give up my carrot cakes cause the best part was the icing but not with this.

  1. Beat softened butter and SPLENDA ® Granular briefly in medium bowl, until SPLENDA® Granular is just incorporated.
  2. Add cream cheese, tablespoon by tablespoon.
  3. Mix until lump free, 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Scrape sides of bowl and add vanilla extract. Mix well.
