Great little appetizer that freezes well!

  1. Grease a 13 x 9 baking pan.
  2. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
  3. Mix onion and grated cheddar. Add to dry ingredients.
  4. Beat eggs. Add milk, butter and squeezed spinach.
  5. Dump wet ingredients into dry and mix.
  6. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
  7. Cut into small squares.
  8. Can be frozen and reheated for 12 minutes at 350.
