Spinach Salad

ingredients

• 236.59 ml bean sprouts
• 6 slice bacon
• 1 can water chestnut, 6 oz
• 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
• 1 package spinach

• Sauce

• 177.44 ml sugar
• 177.44 ml oil
• 118.29 ml ketchup
• 118.29 ml vinegar
• 9.85 ml Worcestershire sauce

directions

1. Mix dressing ingredients in jar.
2. Shake well.
3. Mix with salad just before serving.

Excellent! This is one of my favourite salads! Even though it doesn't keep well and must be eaten at one meal, it's never a problem when served! Everybody loves it and there is never any left!

What a nice winter salad!!! A nice blend of colors, crunch and flavors. It was just right. Will be making this one again...a Keeper!!!
