Spicy Sausages and Rice


  1. Brown the sausages in a large pan, then add the onion, rice and celery and cook for a few minutes, stirring all the time. Add the tomatoes, stock cube, curry powder and a little water, cover and cook on a low heat for around 20 minutes, until the rice is tender. Serve with bread and lashings of baked beans.
