  1. In a 4- to 6-quart Dutch oven, heat oil over med-high heat.
  2. Add in onion, carrot, celery, bell pepper, and garlic; cook about 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
  3. Stir in broth, water, ham, black beans, kidney beans, cumin, thyme, cayenne, and black pepper.
  4. Stir in wine; bring to a boil; decrease heat; cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until carrot is tender.
  5. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and garnish with cilantro.
