Inez's recipes always deserve 5 stars. After I had tried several recipes from Zaar; I realized that alot of them came from Inez. I then checked her out and all her recipes. Every recipe she's posted that I've tried so far has been from great to outstanding; this one included. I doubled the recipe easily (I got a supersized skillet) and served it with white rice and a salad. Thank you once again Inez for sharing. :) Scott

WOW!!! I loved the flavor in this sauce. I made it for dinner last night and my hubby wouldn't stop raving about it. We served it over linguine and I used stewed tomatoes because I didn't have any diced tomatoes. I drained them a bit and put them in a food processor to make the sauce less chunky. Thanks for another great recipe Inez!

This was not only easy to make, but my mother (who is notorious for not liking anything with any bite to it) actually liked it! Which means if I could give you 20 stars for this one, you'd have them. I served it over rice, which worked well, with a side of fresh-baked bread. Only thing I did differently is to cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes, and cook it a few minutes before adding the peppers, onion and garlic. This one's definitely a keeper!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!!
I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch.
We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
