- 8 lbs boneless beef brisket (i use rump, sirloin, tip)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons allspice
- 5 tablespoons salt (coarse salt is better)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 cloves garlic
directions
- Make slits in meat and insert garlic.
- Rub mixture all over meat.
- Wrap in foil, and place in bottom of fridge for 5 days.
- (Turn each day.) Cook 325 for 3 hours.
- Slice thin.
