i have this same recipe from a Kraft cheese recipe book, where it is called double chocolate cheesecake. after i have the cake glazed and it is just almost set i melt 2 ounces white chocolate and drizzle that over the top of the dark chocolate glaze.....you can never have enough chocolate can you??? i have also made white chocolate rose leaves and spread them on top. this recipe intimidates my friends, but is quite easy to make. i've never had a gooey center though, just the SMOOTHEST cheesecake ive ever eaten.wherever i take this the pan ALWAYS comes back empty. i will add this to my cookbook.....ty for saving me the typing...lol

Ever since I stepped back in Oman, all my friends and family here have been requesting me to bake a cheesecake. Finally, I selected this one for 'em. I baked this in my oven and before I say anything, I have to tell you, my home smelt like a delicious treat filled bakery while this was baking. Mmmm, the smell is just unforgettable. Whoever stepped inside while this was being baked, asked me, what have you been cooking that smells so incredibly good!! Now, about the substitutions I had to make for this recipe, unfortunately, because my local food supply store has stopped keeping alot of stuff. I had to use dark chocolate as a substitute of semisweet chocolate. I used just 680gms. of cream cheese since that was all I had shopped for{My mistake for not having caluculated before hand that I needed 750 gms. of cream cheese for this delightful cake}. I had a major dilemma when I was about to start baking. What I have in Oman is a microwave in which I do baking as well, unlike the proper oven I had back in Orlando. I baked this cheesecake for 35 minutes at 250F as stated in the recipe. Then, I continued to bake it as follows: For 15 minutes at 180C, then for 15 minutes at 200C, then for 10 minutes at 160C, then for 10 minutes at 150C, then for 10 minutes at 160C, then for 15 minutes at 150C and last of all, for 10 minutes at 130C. This was very tasty{especially the ooey-gooey batter in the center of the cake} and I will make it again! Till the end, the centre of this cake was a little liquidy unlike the rest of the cake which was baked very well. I was afraid I'd burn the cake and at this point, removed it from the microwave and stopped baking. Thank you for posting this on Zaar:)
