ingredients

¹⁄₂ cup soy sauce
¹⁄₄ cup rice vinegar (or cider vinegar)
2 tablespoons fiely shredded ginger
1 pinch sugar

directions

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir to dissolve sugar. Refrigerate leftover.
