- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1⁄2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1 pastry shells, unbaked
- 1⁄2 cup pecan halves
directions
- Preheat over to 300.
- Cream butter & sugar throughy.
- Add eggs, syrup, vanilla, and chopped nuts.
- Mix well.
- Tun into pastry shell.
- Arrange pecan halveson top of pie.
- Place on lower rack of oven and cook for 45 minutes or until center is firm.
