- 85.04 85.04 g arctic char or 85.04 g white fish fillets, skinned,boned and flaked
- 85.04 85.04 g sturgeon fillets or 85.04 g mackerel, skinned,bonned and flaked
- 226.79 g package cream cheese, softened
- 4.92 ml finely shredded lemon, rind of
- 44.37 ml fresh lemon juice
- 14.79 ml chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 14.79 ml snipped fresh dill or 4.92 ml dried dill weed
- 14.79 ml finely chopped shallot
- 2.46 ml fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 0.25 ml kosher salt or 0.25 ml sea salt

- assorted fresh vegetables or cracker
directions
- In a food processor or blender, add smoked fish, cream cheese, lemon peel and juice; cover and blend until almost smooth.
- Transfer fish to a serving container; stir in parsley, dill, shallot, black pepper and salt; cover and chill mixture in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- To serve, let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes; garnish with additional dill and serve with suggested accompaniants.
