- 793.78 g can crushed tomatoes
- 1 small onion, minced
- 14.79 ml minced garlic, 4-6 cloves
- 14.79 ml minced fresh gingerroot
- 29.58 ml garam masala
- 14.79 ml dark brown sugar
- 2.46 ml ground cumin
- 2.46 ml ground coriander
- 907.18 g boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 8 pieces)
- 14.79 ml kosher salt
- 118.29 ml low fat plain Greek yogurt
- 59.14 ml chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
directions
- Combine all ingredients, except yogurt and cilantro, in slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours. Stir in yogurt and cilantro.
- Yields about 1 cup chicken with sauce per serving.
