My niece calls this the beef from heaven. Use your cheapest cut of beef and let it cook forever. You can serve this au jus or make a gravy by adding flour
- 4 lbs beef roast
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Add roast to slow cooker.
- Add remainder of ingredients.
- Set to low or medium heat.
- Cook overnight and all the next day.

As soon as my son walked in the house he wanted to know what smelled soooo good. I used a vegetable bouillon cube as that was all I had on hand. I drizzled a bit of the juices over the meat platter and made gravy with the rest. Yum! It doesn't get any easier than this. Thx Swiz58
