Tried this to avoid the butter and fat that sometimes go along with vegtables and it is our new favorite. Who needs butter.
- 3⁄4 lb yellow squash, 2 large sliced 1/2-inch slices
- 1⁄2 lb zucchini, 1 large sliced 1/2-inch slices
- 1⁄2 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1⁄2 teaspoon season salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Nu-salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- Place all ingredients in a stock pot and cover. Cook on medium until complete and serve.
