This recipe is so simple, even I can make it.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add flour a little at a time.
- Divide mixture in half and knead each piece 5 minutes or more.
- Gently roll out into a circle, place on a baking tray and prick all over with a fork.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Cut into 8 wedges and lightly sprinkle with sugar.
- Leave to cool.
