- 8 inch whole-wheat tortillas
- 0 black beans, rinsed and drained
- 0.25 ml cumin
- 0.25 ml paprika
- 14.79 ml cheddar cheese
- 29.58 ml salsa (for serving)
directions
- On tortilla, mash black beans with a fork.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of cumin, a pinch of paprika, cheddar cheese.
- Roll up and microwave for 30 seconds.
- Serve with salsa.
