  1. Mix diced mangoes, shrimps, green onion, lime juice, sesame oil.
  2. Salt and pepper.
  3. When ready to serve, add 1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro and black sesame seeds.

Very nice combination! I only used 1 tbsp of the sesame oil and I'm glad I did because it was plenty and I thought it was a little too heavy of a flavor against the mango. The fresh cilantro makes all the flavors really pop. I only had white sesame seeds so I used them. Thanx for an easy and unique salad.

Thanks Boomette for a fabulous lunch for a hot, lazy summer day. Perfect medley of flavors and exquisite appearance. Pulled this together easily. I, basically, made as posted except I omitted the salt. Made for Newest Zaar Tag.
