Yummy! I had large shrimp on hand, so I just cut them up. I sauteed them in olive oil. I was afraid to add that much dill, so added less, but it was very nice so I added the rest and it is good. I wondered what to try it on first, and was going to use crackers, but then decided to try a salad type pasta. The amount of pasta should not be too much for the delicate flavors of the dip, nor the size pasta too large, but it made a great summer pasta salad! I like shrimp scampi in the winter, and this is going to replace that for the summer! btw I couldn't wait for the flavors to blend and ate it all within 1/2 hour and loved it, but it would be nice, if you can do it,,, to wait as the directions say to do.
