  • In large pot of boiling water, cook fettuccine 10 – 12 minutes, until al dente. Drain and keep warm.
  • In large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil. Add mushrooms and 1 tablespoons green onions. Cook about 5 minutes or until mushrooms are just tender.
  • Add clam juice and bring to a boil.
  • Add shrimp and cook just until shrimp are pink. Remove from heat.
  • Add yogurt, sour cream, and seasonings.
  • Serve over cooked fettuccine noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
