This is a nice salad recipe that I got out of Family Circle Magazine. It makes a really nice summertime lunch.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 ounces baby spinach leaves
  • 14 cup light balsamic vinaigrette
  • 14 lb small shrimp (cooked)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 shrimp deviled eggs recipe

Directions

  1. Place spinach leaves in salad bowl and toss with vinaigrette dressing.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Garnish with shrimp and deviled eggs.
