Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 jumbo shrimp, cooked & split from head to tail
  • 12 cup French dressing
  • 16 toast rounds
  • 4 tablespoons lemon mayonnaise
  • 1 12 ounces caviar
  • parsley, for garnish


  1. Marinate shrimp in french dressing for one hour. Spread toast rounds with lemon mayonnaise. Place shrimp, flat side down, on toast. Fill curve of shrimp with caviar. Garnish with sprig of parsley at the head of the shrimp.
