  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan; add flour, blending well.
  3. Add milk gradually and cook until thickened.
  4. Add half of cheese and seasoning; cook until cheese is melted, stirring constantly.
  5. Clean the shrimp and break them in half.
  6. Mix with rice and sauce.
  7. Place in buttered baking dish, sprinkle with crumbs and cover with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until crumbs are browned and cheese is melted.

The curry powder made the dish different, but not in a bad way! This flavorful dish was eaten up mighty quickly in our home and we're likely to make it again. YUM!
