  • gently fry the onion and tomatoes in the oil.
  • add the shrimps, water salt pepper and saffron.
  • simmer for 1/2 hour.
  • put in rice and cook slowly for 25 minute.
  • stir to separate the rice.
  • add the butter and serve.
