A nice snack, which you must serve at once

  1. gently fry the onion and tomatoes in the oil.
  2. add the shrimps, water salt pepper and saffron.
  3. simmer for 1/2 hour.
  4. put in rice and cook slowly for 25 minute.
  5. stir to separate the rice.
  6. add the butter and serve.
