  • In large skillet cook pork sausage,garlic,black bean till meat is browned.
  • Add curry powder,shrimp;cook till shrimp turns pink.Add gin,green pepper, onion and chicken broth. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer 3 minutes.Stir in catsup, salt, sugar and Accent.
  • Blend 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water; add to shrimp mixture. Cook and stir till mixture thickens and boils.
  • Add tomatoes; cover and cook 1 minute more.
  • Serve with rice.
