Shred's Cajun Seasoning

"This makes a nice spicy, but not too hot, rub for just about any kind of meat so I make it in bulk."

• Yields: 1 1/4 cups
• Serves: 10

ingredients

• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon dried oregano
• 1 tablespoon dried thyme
• 1⁄4 cup kosher salt
• 1⁄4 cup onion powder
• 1⁄4 cup paprika
• 1⁄8 cup garlic powder
• 1⁄8 cup cayenne pepper
• 1⁄8 cup black pepper

directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a resealable bag. Makes enough for about 10 cuts of meat.
