• 1 lb beef brisket
• 18 corn tortillas
• 4 ounces chili powder
• 1 onion
• 2 celery ribs
• 1⁄4 cup oil
• 1⁄4 cup flour
• 4 cups water
• 2 bouillon cubes
• 1 lb cheese

directions

1. make sauce.
2. fill tortillas.
3. layer with cheese.
4. bake at 350 for 30 minute.
