I found this in my recipe file, handwritten on a scrap of paper - never been tried out though !
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 150 ml natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- Combine all ingredients.
- Keep in refrigerator till ready to serve.
I used this on salad shrimp. Pleasant and creamy. Made for Aus/NZ tag.
I made this to go on our scallops, It was creamy and spicy. Thanks for posting, made for zwt6 for the xtra hot dishes
