Have been making my own cocktail sauce for years with good results, but wanted to change it up a bit...this was most definitely a great choice! I did use sweet & spicy Thai chili sauce (what I had on hand) and added 1/2 each of celery seed / onion powder with some fresh grated horseradish in addition to the prepared (we like a little more heat). The results were splendid...went great with calamari, shrimp and fish! Many thanks for the share!!!

I love to cook, read recipe books and food magazines, spend time in kitchen stores, grocery stores, gourmet shops, learning new cooking techniques, trying new kitchen gadgets, tasting exotic foods, enjoying a wonderful meal. I've always had a herb garden; now I have containers on my patio with my must have herbs. It seems, everything tastes better with fresh herbs!
