- 1 can crabmeat
- 1 can shrimp
- 354.88 ml mayonnaise
- 141.74 g can evaporated milk
- 9.85 ml chopped onions
- 118.29 ml grated cheese (I prefer Monterrey Jack)
- 236.59 ml cooked rice (I use Minute Rice)
- 29.58 ml parsley
directions
- Mix together and put into a 9 X 13 pan.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
