  1. .Heat oven to 375. Place pastry in a 9-inch deep dish pie pan and crimp the edges. In a large mixing bowl combine the sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon. Toss the apples with sugar mixture and pour into pie shell.
  2. Thoroughly combine crumb topping ingredients: The brown sugar, flour, quick oats and 1/2 cup butter. Sprinkle over apples in pie crust.
  3. Bake 20-30 minutes then cover with foil and bake another 20 minutes until apples are tender. Remove pie from oven and sprinkle on the pecans and drizzle the butterscotch and caramel sauce.
  4. Optional: You may toast your pecans in sauce pan with 1 Tablespoon of butter then put them on top of the pie.
