This sauce transformed a very ordinary piece of veal into something delicious -- we made sandwiches out of it. Good for me too as it's low sodium. Yum! P.S, Norwegian goat's cheese not available until out neighbors from Bergen return so grated some cheddar and added some blue cheese -- it worked fine.
